This material is a tough polypropylene needle punch velour non backed carpeting. So what does all that mean? It is designed to blend with the automotive carpeting used on the floors of the passenger compartment in a car with the same plush look, BUT with no backing, so it stretches in BOTH directions! This makes it possible to customize almost any area of your vehicle, no matter what the contours, humps or bumps! This product is also "dithered", so you get no exposed rows from the needling to expose a tuft line when wrapping tight areas!
