Shipping and Returns

Shipping and handling charges are just under a flat 12% to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will cost more on a case by case basis. We will figure the exact cost to those areas and notify you of the exact charge for your approval.

Your product will be insured for it's full value through the freight company. This insurance covers theft and mysterious disappearance, BUT NOT DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT.

Always examine the product carefully at the time of delivery and have the driver note any damage, no matter how insignificant! This nearly always guaranties payment from the carrier. If damage is discovered later the carrier will send an inspector, BUT YOU MUST HAVE THE BOX AND THE UNUSED PRODUCT ON HAND FOR INSPECTION.

SPEAKER BOXES USA will do all the paperwork and file the claim in your behalf.

Immediately call 1-800-451-9779 ext 200 and we will guide you through the procedure, as well as, in most cases, re-ship you a new item while the claim is in process.

Always call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). Items returned without an RA will be refused. Unused product that is determined by SPEAKER BOXES USA not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Custom products, generally, are NOT returnable for less than a 50% restocking fee.
